Meet Our Team At L.O.V.E.
All of our full-time staff in Vietnam have university degrees and, in addition to their main responsibilities, serve in the field visiting homes and handing out monthly allotments to the children, taking children out for gifts, etc.
Board of Directors: All Board Members are volunteers and receive no salary or other earthly compensation for their labors for L.O.V.E.
L.O.V.E.'s Professional Staff
Nha Ca is God’s handiwork and Jesus Christ is her Lord. She lives with her family in Da Nang city. Nha Ca has worked with L.O.V.E. since 2014 after graduating with her Bachelor of International Studies Degree. She started as our Coordinator of the G4kids Sponsorship Projects and the City-Wide Student Home Programs. From November 2019, she has been appointed to be L.O.V.E’s Director in Vietnam.
Nha Ca loves all works at L.O.V.E. to express God’s goodness and love, for she believes she is created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for her to do.
Phuong comes to us from Hoi An, a resort town about 30 km from Da Nang. Phuong is the son of a pastor and worked in a 5 star hotel before coming to L.O.V.E His favorite quote “People do good things to be saved but we Christians are saved to do good things”. As a L.O.V.E Representative, he serves as a translator as well as in field service. Phuong’s ministry gift is "helps" (1 Cor 12:28) and he loves to help others.

Now Tho Tho is a Coordinator of G4Kids sponsorship project in Ngu Hanh Son and Central Districts. She is truly grateful to the Lord Jesus Christ for the chance to serve the poor with L.O.V.E
Ha Mi used to live in our Ruth housing as a university student. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting at University of Economy. Ha Mi had a year of experience working as an accountant but she has always prayed and looked for a transparent accounting job and the chance to share God's love. Then the Lord brought her to L.O.V.E.
Ha Mi has taken over as L.O.V.E.'s accountant as well as Assistant Director of US Sponsorship program since January 2020.
Phuc Sinh was born in Quang Ngai and he has moved to Da Nang since 2019. This is also the time when he learned about L.O.V.E. Phuc Sinh is the son and younger brother of pastors. He has been a translator of many Christian books before coming to L.O.V.E. Now he works at L.O.V.E as a Coordinator of G4Kids sponsorship project in Son Tra and Hoa Vang Districts.
Phuc Sinh is a born again Christian and he desires to express the love and the knowledge of God for everyone through his works.

Dr.Brown is a Christian with a big heart for the kingdom of God. He has been serving on LOVE’s Board of Directors since 2009. Prior to becoming President, he was Vice President for a year and treasurer for 12 years. Mr. Alan has earned the respect of those he works with, and we are confident that his leadership will continue to fulfill LOVE‘s mission and vision. Alan lives in Virginia with his wife, Sally, and two daughters, whom they adopted from Vietnam.
