MY FAMILY:

My father has suffered from heart disease over the years. Moreover, he had found out a pneumothorax last year and had to have surgery to remove half of his lung. Since then, his health has not been good as before, he often feels tired when the weather changes and cannot work as a bricklayer regularly or do heavy work anymore. My mother has become the breadwinner in the house. She sells sweet potato and cassava at a small market, and this job brings her low and unstable income. My oldest brother try to do some odd jobs with my uncle like fixing electricity, mechanics, shipping... to earn little money. It’s really hard for my family to cover all the expenses, my father’s medicine and also our study costs.

MY STUDY:

I will be in grade 9 after this summer. I am interested in Literature and wish to be a police officer in the future. My siblings and I all love school and we are trying hard to study. In the next few months, my brother is going to be a university student. Though this is good news, it will make the burden on my family heavier because his tuition fees are very high. My parents do not know how to handle it. We really need your help so that I can follow my study to the end and achieve my dream. I sincerely thank you!
